A difficult day of dodging rain and hail showers in the Chiricahuas. Somehow, we still managed 71 species.

BUFF-BREASTED FLYCATCHER, singing VIRGINIA’S WARBLER.
Also, ARIZONA WOODPECKER, PEREGRINE FALCON, HAMMOND’S and DUSKY-CAPPED FLYCATCHERS, GRACE’S and TOWNSEND’S WARBLERS, and HEPATIC TANAGER.

The George Walker House, Paradise:
A smart male BLUE-THROATED HUMMINGBIRD was a new arrival.
