Wings Over Willcox Birding Festival

I’m really looking forward to the Wings Over Willcox birding festival [1] in a few weeks. I’ll be leading two tours on Saturday Jan 19, the early morning Sandhill Crane Sunrise and an afternoon sparrow workshop, followed by a full day looking for montane specialties in the Chiricahuas on Sunday Jan 20. It should be a blast!

The festival, celebrating its 20th anniversary, is held in Willcox, Arizona and showcases the Sulphur Springs Valley’s wintering Sandhill Cranes, as well as all the other fascinating wildlife of this rich area. Many of the tours and events are already sold out, but some still have spaces. Come and join us…
