Another fairly slow day of birding, this time in the Huachuca Mountains, enlivened by a couple of good sightings and more great company. While some birds are arriving back on territory early, general migration still hasn’t really got into full swing. We were eventually chased off by rain.

The birding was a little slow today, with full migration yet to kick in. But the scenery, weather and company were all very pleasant, and we did find 58 species, including some good highlights. A very pleasant morning birding in the Patagonia area, with 59 species and a celebrity encounter.
