David Chapman wanted to experience a SE Arizona ‘Big Day’, so we went for it! Starting and ending in Patagonia, and without night birding, we found an impressive 144 species in a frantic dash across SE Arizona. Somehow we managed to miss European Starling!

The idiot that I am, I did something to my camera settings by mistake as I was at Carr Canyon, and ended up with no photos after that. A really great day in Tucson and the Santa Catalina Mountains, with 87 species and mega views of some fantastic species.
